Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive (ASE) to drive sales in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) segment across Bangalore / Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in the HoReCa channel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business in the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers)
• Identify and onboard new clients in the assigned territory
• Manage and grow relationships with existing HoReCa customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales
• Coordinate with distributors and ensure product availability in the market
• Handle product presentations, sampling, and promotions to clients
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with customers
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely collections and credit control from customers
• Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance)
• Maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer database

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG / Food Service / HoReCa sales
• Strong network in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Salary: Maximum gross upto 6 LPA + Incentives + TA/DA
