We are currently recruiting for a professional and experienced Receptionist / Host to join a busy and customer-focused environment in Coleraine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. About the role: £Competitive pay rates Full-time, temporary position covering maternity and holiday leave Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Immediate start available In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience at all times while supporting the Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
Key responsibilities: Managing incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner Handling customer enquiries, taking accurate messages, and directing calls appropriately Greeting customers and coordinating with internal departments on arrival Maintaining a polished and professional front-of-house presence Supporting with general administrative duties Ensuring reception, display, and refreshment areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-presented What we are looking for: At least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role (reception, retail, hospitality or similar) A confident and professional communicator with a strong customer service focus Well-presented, organised, and reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Competent IT skills and familiarity with office systems If you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply online, email , or call Tina on in the strictest confidence to find out more.
