House Manager
Jesuits Ireland
Job Description
Role Purpose The House Manager is a pivotal role within the St Francis Xavier Jesuit Community and Church, supporting an international residential community working in diverse areas at the heart of a vibrant city-centre church. The postholder is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the residence and wider plant, ensuring a high standard of hospitality, care, and operational excellence that reflects the values and mission of Jesuit life. The role acts as the key interface between the Jesuit Community, Church team, staff team, and external service providers.
It includes close working relationships with the Co-ordinator of the Church and the Community Superior, ensuring alignment between residential life and the wider mission of the Church. The House Manager also has oversight of, and engagement with, the staff who support the life of the Church.
