Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHousekeeping Inspector / Property Quality ControlOpulent Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure our luxury vacation rental properties are fully guest-ready before each arrival.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards, has a strong eye for detail, and can help maintain the level of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness expected in luxury hospitality.Responsibilities may include:Inspecting homes after housekeeping is completedEnsuring each property is clean, organized, stocked, and show-ready before guest arrivalChecking linens, towels, supplies, amenities, and household inventoryIdentifying and reporting maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or quality concernsCommunicating with housekeeping teams, vendors, maintenance staff, and managementHelping coordinate last-minute touch-ups, restocking, or corrections when neededEnsuring each home meets company standards before guests check inIdeal candidate:Has strong attention to detailIs dependable, honest, and professionalCan communicate clearly and respectfully with staff and vendorsIs organized and able to follow checklists and proceduresCan work independently and solve problems quicklyHas a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licenseIs flexible and available during busy turnover days, weekends, and holidaysVacation rental, housekeeping, hospitality, or property management experience is preferred but not required for the right person.This is a hands-on position for someone who understands that small details make a big difference in creating a luxury guest experience.
