You will support key areas including employee queries, payroll administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR systems, reporting and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Queries and HR AdministrationManage HR inboxes and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional mannerSupport with pay-related queries where appropriateAssist with the administration of company reward schemesMaintain confidentiality at all timesEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and internal HR policiesProvide general administrative support to the wider HR teamPayroll and RecordsSupport the accurate and timely processing of NI and ROI monthly payrollCommunicate employee changes to payroll, including pay adjustments and absencesMaintain accurate internal staff recordsEnsure employee information is handled securely and accuratelyRecruitment and OnboardingSupport the onboarding and offboarding of internal staffAssist with internal recruitment administration, including job postings, interview coordination and offer lettersSupport recruiting managers in following recruitment and selection policies and proceduresHelp ensure new starters have the correct documentation, systems access and induction requirements in placeLearning and DevelopmentTrack internal staff performance reviews and training complianceProvide administrative support for learning and development activityHelp update and coordinate the company's quarterly training calendarEmployee RelationsSupport the HR Advisor with employee relations administration, including note taking where requiredRepresent the HR function in a professional, credible and trustworthy mannerReporting and HR SystemsPrepare weekly and monthly reports for senior stakeholdersProvide HR data reports as requiredMaintain and update employee records and organisational structures within HR systemsMonitor HR system data accuracy and support system improvementsProvide user support and escalate system queries to IT or external providers where neededSupport HR projects, system updates and process improvementsAbout YouEssential CriteriaPrevious experience in an administrative role or similar positionExperience handling confidential informationStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional, reliable and proactive approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGCSEs or equivalent, including English and MathsStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPointFull clean driving licence or access to transport for regular travel when requiredDesirable CriteriaCIPD Level 3 in HR Practice, or working towards thisDegree in HR, Business Administration or a related fieldExperience using HR systems or business support systemsExperience in recruitment coordination, onboarding or employee relations administrationExperience with reporting, analytics or data management softwarePrevious exposure to GDPR compliance and HR reportingExperience supporting system implementations or data migration projectsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team in a varied part-time role.
