Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industrial technology company based in County Antrim. The client is seeking a skilled administrator to join their HR team on a temporary basis.As an HR administrator, you will work closely with an internal HR team. You will provide essential support to management of employee lifecycle, processing of employee contracts and maintenance of HR databases.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with experience in a professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting offer packs including contracts of employment and amendment lettersCoordinating onboarding logistics such as workspace setups and IT equipmentMonitoring probation periods by tracking review timelines and processing leaver documentationEnsuring strict adherence to GDPR compliance by organising files securelyThe Ideal CandidatePrevious administrative experience in a professional environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, utilising Excel to organise data and drafting professional emails to a high standardPrecise attention to detail and ability to work confidently with dataPrevious HR experience and strict compliance managementWhat Is on Offer?3 month temporary positionFull time or part time hoursFlexitime and attractive working hours, including an early finish on a FridayHourly rate of £13Immediate start available If you wish to apply in confidence, please submit your CV via the link provided.
