This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure across administration, HR processes and employee relations, helping to ease workload at Advisor level.Perfect for someone ready to step up and build practical ER experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycleAssist with employee relations cases, including note-taking and case prepMaintain HR systems, employee records and documentationSupport recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checksHandle HR queries from employees and managersProcess starters, leavers, absence and contract changesSupport audits, reporting and HR process improvementsLiaise with payroll to ensure data accuracyWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year's experience in an HR admin roleExposure to or strong interest in employee relationsHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with a professional, discreet approachAble to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using HR systems and MS OfficeWhat's on OfferSalary: £30,000Flexible start and finish times40-hour working weekStrong opportunity to develop ER experienceSupportive and collaborative HR team
