Your new role
As HR Business Partner, you will provide a proactive and professional HR service across a diverse workforce, partnering closely with managers and employees to support organisational objectives. You will play a key role in delivering expert advice on employee relations matters, recruitment, performance management, policy development and employment legislation.
You will support organisational change initiatives, contribute to staff engagement and development programmes, assist in driving positive workplace culture, and help ensure HR processes and systems operate effectively. The role will also involve supporting industrial relations activity, analysing HR data and reporting, and contributing to wider HR and organisational development projects.
What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 2 years' generalist HR experience alongside a recognised HR qualification, or 4 years' generalist HR experienceAssociate CIPD membershipStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice within Northern IrelandExperience managing a varied operational workload alongside project-based activityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience providing advice and guidance on a broad range of people mattersStrong organisational and planning skillsPrevious experience using HR information systemsAbility to build positive working relationships across all levels of an organisationFull driving licence and access to transport for business travel requirements
