HR & Culture Executive (People Operations)
Elite Marque
Job Description
Experience: 1-3 Years in PR agency or Startup
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (Work from Office)
About Us
We are a simple company with a modern thought process. No complicated philosophies. No fancy frameworks. We just work on basics. Building the right culture. Bringing the right values. And taking care of our people the way they deserve to be taken care of.
Because here's what we believe. Our assets are our people, not machines. Anyone can buy better laptops or better software. What no one can copy is a team that actually wants to be there. That's what we're building, and that's what this role protects.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone who doesn't see HR as paperwork and policy. Someone who sees it as building a place people are proud to work at, from the first interview to the last day, drafting the right policies, every party, offsite, and training sessions in between.
Someone who is hungry. Hungry to build a company, not just run a department. Someone who takes as much pride in a well-run offsite as they do in closing a tough hire. Someone who understands that culture isn't a slide in a deck. It's the small, consistent things you do for people when no one's watching.
What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across PR, Social Media, Business Development, Content, Design, and Operations
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates with speed and judgment
- Build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Own the candidate experience end to end. Quick, clear, human
- Prepare offers, negotiate, and manage smooth onboarding
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee records
- Draft HR letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and policy documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, probation tracking, and the full employee lifecycle
- Support performance review cycles and feedback processes
- Manage exit formalities and clearance with the same care as onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company policies and evolving HR best practices
Culture, Engagement & Experience
- Plan and execute office parties, celebrations, and surprise moments that actually mean something, not just cake and balloons
- Own company offsites end to end. Planning, budgeting, logistics, execution
- Design and run training sessions and learning initiatives that help people actually grow, not just tick a box
- Build engagement initiatives that keep the team connected as we scale
- Be the person employees come to when something's not working, and actually fix it
What You Need
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, ideally a mix of recruitment, operations, and engagement, not just one
- Experience in a fast-paced agency, startup, or dynamic environment. Non negotiable
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Experience planning events, offsites, or training sessions is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ownership. You follow through, always
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR documentation
- Experience with Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms
- Comfort using AI tools like claude or Gemini to work faster and sharper. This is how we work, every day
What Will Make You Stand Out
- You've built or run something before, an event, an initiative, a project, not just executed someone else's plan
- You know whom to bring to the table
- You understand that a great offsite or training session is remembered for years, a boring one is forgotten by Monday
- You take ownership without being told. You see a gap and you fill it
- You are genuinely hungry to build something, not just maintain it
- You believe, like we do, that people are the actual product
This Is Not For Everyone
If you're looking for a slow, comfortable, checklist-only HR role, this is not it.
If you want to build a company's culture from the inside, not just administer it, we want to meet you.
