The Role:The Head HR/CHRO will be a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team, responsible for building a high-performance, compliant, and scalable people organization across a fast-growing InsurTech platform. This role will lead HR strategy across talent, culture, org design, rewards, performance, and leadership development, aligned with aggressive growth and regulatory requirements of the BFSI ecosystem.
