Opportunity to join a well‑established global manufacturing organization Strategic leadership role with direct impact on plant operations and culture Relocation allowance RRSP Matching Comprehensive benefits Performance bonuses Position Summary Partner closely with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives Lead employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives Support leadership teams through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and change management Foster a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, communication, inclusion, and continuous improvement Oversee HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, compensation administration, training, and policy development Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and workplace safety initiatives Drive organizational effectiveness through process improvement and high‑performance team development Collaborate with external HR teams and operational leaders to support long‑term business growth Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Generalist capacity Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development Proven ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization Experience supporting fast‑paced operational or manufacturing environments Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively Bonus Points For Previous experience working within a unionized environment CPHR Designation Manufacturing or industrial sector experience considered a strong asset Knowledge of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
