Job Title: HRO - Payroll Associate
Location: Bangalore
Exp Range: 2-5 Years

Eligibility: • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Key Responsibilities:Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to client's pay calendar/pay scheduleReview and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changesEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxesMaintain payroll records in compliance with required statutory and country/site regulationsRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerCoordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updatesPrepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processesAssist with payroll tax filings, and audits as neededSupport payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).1 to 3 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, or similar preferred)Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirementsAttention to details and excellent analytical skillsAbility to manage deadlines in a demanding environmentElevated level of professionalism and confidentialityStrong written and verbal communication skills
