Hub Supervisor Location: Rittman, Ohio Reports to: Hub Manager Type: Full-Time Pay: $22.50 per hour - 40 hour week. 5 days per week The Role You're the heartbeat of the hub. You make sure the shelves are stocked, the milk stays cold, and the right grub ends up on the right doorstep. As Hub Supervisor, you're the link between the plan and the pick—keeping inventory in check, operations humming, and standards sky-high.

You lead the day-to-day floor operations, working closely with Drivers, and your Hub Manager to deliver every order with accuracy, efficiency, and a cool head. The Function The Hub Operations team is the engine of Modern Milkman. The Hub Supervisor is key to that engine, driving the picking, packing, stock handling, and end-of-shift processes that ensure our customers receive a world-class doorstep delivery.

You're responsible for creating a clean, safe, organized, and performance-driven work environment. This function thrives on accuracy, accountability, and action. You turn plans into product flow—and make sure nothing gets missed in between.
