Job Details About the Role We are looking for an HR Administrator to support day‑to‑day human resources operations across multiple locations. This role blends core HR functions with general administrative support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and enjoys being the go‑to person who keeps things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruiting logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring workflows
Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience
Administer time and attendance tracking and maintain accurate employee records
Handle routine HR paperwork and documentation
Plan and coordinate in‑office events, town halls, and other company gatherings
Provide general administrative support across both locations as needed
Partner with leadership on ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or HR coordinator role
Familiarity with core HR processes including recruiting support, onboarding, and timekeeping
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working across multiple office locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus
