Job Description
Role:Will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within HR by developing insights and predictive models. The role focuses on leveraging workforce data to improve talent outcomes, optimize HR processes, and enable strategic planning.Primary Responsibilities:Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key metricsAnalyze data on attrition, hiring, workforce, productivity, and performanceGenerate actionable insights from large datasets and present them clearly to stakeholdersTrack workforce planning and source effectivenessSupport compensation and performance analysis with data inputsUse exit and engagement data to identify retention driversEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and consistent reporting standardsAutomate reports and improve efficiency of HR analytics processesRequired SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferredExperience working with HR data and large datasetsAbility to present insights in a simple and structured mannerEducation & professional skillset:B.Tech, B.Sc in Maths/Economics & Statistics or Computer Science, CADesired experience:5-7 years of experience in HR/Data Analyticsdesired functional & Behavioral competencies:Strong analytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to translate data into business insightsStructured thinking and problem-solving approachStrong stakeholder communication skillsHigh ownership and focus on accuracy and efficiency
