Human Resources Business Partner | Dublin 2 (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 wfh)

A growing organisation in Dublin city centre is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its collaborative People & Culture team.

This is a broad HR role with strong exposure across people operations, recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications and culture initiatives.

The position would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, improving processes and helping drive a positive employee experience across the business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Partnering with managers on day-to-day HR matters
• HR operations, systems and workforce reporting
• Employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Performance management and employee relations support
• Continuous improvement and process enhancement projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous HR generalist or HRBP experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting recruitment and people operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
