About the RoleThis HRBP role operates as a strategic partner to business leaders.You will work on solving real business problems, organisation's inefficiencies, leadership gaps, retention risks, and scaling challenges using people levers. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership: Work with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals; diagnose and solve org challenges.Performance & Talent: Drive performance cycles, identify top talent, support growth, and manage underperformance.Leadership Coaching: Enable managers to build strong teams, give feedback, and improve leadership effectiveness.Org Design & Planning: Support org structure, workforce planning, and hiring aligned to long-term strategy.Employee Experience: Use data and feedback to improve engagement, retention, and team health.Change Management: Guide teams through growth, restructuring, and ambiguity with practical solutions.Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights from people data to influence actions and business outcomes.
Requirements5+ years HRBP experience (SaaS/product preferred)Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and stakeholder influenceSkilled in coaching managers and handling sensitive situationsData-driven with sound judgmentMindset: High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, pragmatic, and willing to challenge the status quo
