Human Resources Business Partner
CMA CGM
Job Description
As an HR Business Partner with strong data affinity, you play a key role in driving people strategy and organizational change across the Benelux. You act as a trusted advisor to management, employees and the Works Council, combining solid knowledge of Dutch labor law (and preferably some knowledge of Belgian labor law and context) with a hands-on and analytical approach.
You are based in Rhoon and occasionally work from Antwerp. You thrive in a dynamic environment where transformation, compliance and data-driven decision-making go hand in hand. You are not only able to support the business, but also to initiate and realize sustainable change.
You will be part of a close-knit and professional HR team, where collaboration, knowledge sharing and mutual support are key. We are therefore looking for a team player: someone who enjoys working together, takes ownership, and contributes positively to the team’s energy and success.
We are looking for a true HR Business Partner and generalist: someone who is comfortable navigating between strategy and execution, data and people, systems, governance and pragmatism.

- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding where needed
- Collaborate effectively with the Works Council (OR)
