About the Role
We're looking for a HR Business Partner who goes beyond closing roles and truly partners with business leaders to build strong, scalable teams. This role will work closely with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy, improve quality of hires, and deliver a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business PartneringPartner with business leaders to understand team goals, challenges, and workforce needsTranslate business priorities into actionable people strategiesAct as a coach to managers on people decisions, team effectiveness, and leadership capability
Talent & Performance ManagementDrive performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and development planningSupport managers in identifying high performers, successors, and critical talentWork with TA and L&D teams on hiring plans, capability building, and career progression
Employee Relations & EngagementHandle employee relations cases with empathy, fairness, and business contextDrive engagement initiatives and action plans based on feedback and pulse surveysAct as a neutral, trusted point of contact for employees and managers
Org Effectiveness & CultureSupport org design, role clarity, and team structuring as the business scalesDrive culture initiatives aligned to company valuesSupport change management during org or policy transitions
HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure consistent application of HR policies and processesPartner with HR Ops on payroll, compliance, and policy implementationUse data and insights to highlight trends in attrition, performance, and engagement
What We're Looking For6-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist rolesStrong experience partnering with business leaders, especially sales or frontline teamsHands-on experience with performance management, employee relations, and engagementAbility to balance empathy with business outcomesStrong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Nice to HaveExperience in startups, travel, e-commerce, or consumer-facing businessesExposure to scaling teams or high-growth environmentsComfort working with ambiguity and change
