Elevate the employee experience at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as a Human Resources Consultant in Toronto. Act as a strategic partner in enhancing team effectiveness and supporting HR operations. Reporting to the Director of Legal Support Services, you will advise leaders on employee relations and ensure compliance with legislation. Contributing to HR program implementation and recruitment initiatives is vital to fostering a high-performance work culture.
