Requirements of the Human Resources Director:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• College degree or certification preferred

Experience of the Human Resources Director:

• At least one (1) years as a HR in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

• Knowledge of Level 2 background screenings

• Experience of weekly payroll for over 150 employees
