Join Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation as HR Director, guiding all HR functions with strategic oversight. As the HR Director, you'll lead the creation of effective HR frameworks and policies, enhancing organizational capacity and ensuring compliance with legislation.
This role focuses on equitable recruitment, training initiatives, and capacity-building while fostering a supportive workplace culture anchored in Innu principles. Key Responsibilities: • Direct comprehensive HR policy development • Oversee recruitment strategies and workforce planning • Lead organizational design for clarity in roles • Manage compensation systems and internal equity • Mentor HR staff and promote knowledge sharing Requirements: • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles (7–10 years) • Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent • CHRP/CPHR designation is an asset • Experience with Indigenous organizations highly valued • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Foster a culturally aware and supportive working environment at Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
