Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions at The Beacon Hotel. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Lead training and development initiatives

Qualifications:
3-5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality
