Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Macro Outsourcing. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, recruitment, onboarding & exits, payroll management, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in hiring, onboarding and exit formalities
• Experience in payroll management
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
