Work Location: Chennai - Ambit Shift: Night Shift Operations Experience Required: 15+ years (BPO / Support environment preferred)

we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Talent Management & Employee Engagement to lead strategic people initiatives across our 24x7 support and night-shift operationsIf you're passionate about building strong talent frameworks, driving employee engagement at scale, and partnering closely with business leaders in a service-led / BPO environment, we'd love to connect.

What you'll do: Lead talent management initiatives - performance management, succession planning, career progression & leadership development Drive employee engagement, recognition, wellness & culture programs Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted HR advisor Leverage people analytics to improve engagement, retention & workforce effectiveness Lead and develop a high-performing HR / Talent team

What we're looking for: 10+ years of experience in Talent Management / Employee Engagement / HR Leadership Strong exposure to BPO / support / service organizations Experience managing large, shift-based workforces Prior people management experience (mandatory)
