Guardian Professional Recruitment is partnering with a leading international FinTech client to recruit a Turkish-speaking HR Generalist for their growing team based in Dublin City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, innovative organisation and play a key role in supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding and employee documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data and changes.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 4–5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
• Fluent in both Turkish and English (written and spoken) – essential.
• Currently based in Dublin with the ability to work fully onsite (5 days per week) from the client's offices in Dublin City Centre.
• Previous experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or another fast-paced international environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices; knowledge of Irish employment law is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
