HR Generalist (Turkish Speaking) | Dublin | FinTech

Guardian Professional Recruitment is partnering with a leading international FinTech client to recruit a Turkish-speaking HR Generalist for their growing team based in Dublin City Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, innovative organisation and play a key role in supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding and employee documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal HR policies.
- Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data and changes.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 4–5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
- Fluent in both Turkish and English (written and spoken) – essential.
- Currently based in Dublin with the ability to work fully onsite (5 days per week) from the client's offices in Dublin City Centre.
- Previous experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or another fast-paced international environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices; knowledge of Irish employment law is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
