The Role — Lead by Example, Teach by Experience
As our Field Technical Lead, you'll be more than a technician—you'll be a coach, mentor, trainer, and trusted technical resource for our team.

What You'll Do:
- Provide technical leadership and field support to service technicians
- Coach and mentor developing technicians through ride-alongs, training, and hands-on instruction
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues and assist with difficult diagnostics
- Lead by example through professionalism, quality workmanship, and integrity
- Help establish and maintain technical standards and best practices
- Support ongoing training initiatives and technical development programs
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and teamwork
- Serve as a trusted resource for technical questions and field problem-solving

- Washington State 06A Electrical License (Administrator preferred)
- Expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EPA Certification
- Clean driving record
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to teach, motivate, and develop technicians of varying skill levels
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others

- Patient, approachable, and team-oriented
- Leads through influence, not ego
- Takes pride in helping both customers and coworkers succeed
