HVAC Install Technician

Kingfisher Recruiting has been hired to source an experienced HVAC Install Technician for a family-owned company serving Livingston County and Southeast Michigan. They are expanding their HVAC division and looking for a skilled installer who takes pride in clean, correct work and wants a long-term home with a respected local company.
What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, thermostats, and related equipment
- Remove and replace existing HVAC systems
- Set equipment, run line sets, venting, duct connections, drains, and electrical hookups within scope
- Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and Titan quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
- Work with the service and installation team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
What We’re Looking For
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Professional communication and customer-service mindset
- Dependable, organized, and prideful in your work
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay $25-40/hr
- 40hrs or more per week
- Commission Structure (Available for those that do sales)
