HVAC Project Sales Representative
Location: Onsite in Fort Collins, CO
Relocation assistance
Salary: $80-110k base with uncapped commissions. First year OTE about $150-190k
Position Overview
The HVAC Project Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships within the commercial HVAC sector. This role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored HVAC solutions, and ensuring projects are run efficiently from proposal through installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients in the commercial HVAC market.
- Conduct HVAC surveys to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals that highlight energy efficiency and cost savings.
- Schedule and coordinate installation projects with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relations.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, compressors, and rooftop units.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and how they apply to HVAC solutions.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand HVAC systems focusing on replacements, repairs, and installations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
