Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service technician dedicated to his or her craft, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/Refrigeration., and commercial cooking Equipment. This role involves Customer communication, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration ,Hvac, cooking equipment systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems, refrigeration units.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R, cooking equipment.

Troubleshoot issues using schematics and diagnostic tools meters.

Conduct field service calls to address customer concerns regarding equipment.

Execute plumbing tasks related to refrigeration installations as needed.

Repair and maintain various appliances related to cooking equipment ( Ovens, griddles, combi-ovens etc.)

Communication is crucial with us and our customers. customers need to be informed and advised on best course of action.

Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R field or related mechanical roles.

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.

Familiarity with construction practices and HVAC design principles.

Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.

Experience in plumbing tasks relevant to refrigeration systems is preferred.

Knowledge of air conditioning systems (RTU). Refrigeration (walk in coolers, Freezers, reach ins prep coolers, freezers

Valid driver's license & clean record is required for field service responsibilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
