Responsibilities • Lead generation and outreach directed towards the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industries. • Find and connect with contractors, builders, and property owners who are interested in HVAC services • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients • Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers • Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market Qualifications • A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Possess 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
