HVAC Service Manager & Technician

Job Description

This position is responsible for the management of guidance of service technicians, as well as the installation, start-up, and service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves direct customer interaction to ensure satisfaction and meticulous record keeping for compliance and service history.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications
• Engage with customers to explain system operation and answer questions
• Perform start-up procedures and system testing to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation
• Replace faulty or worn parts to maintain system efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC
• EPA Section 608 Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in HVAC service
• Skilled in HVAC system diagnostics
• Strong time management skills
• Experienced in equipment installation
• Effective problem-solving abilities
