Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, air handlers, pumps, refrigeration, and control systems.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls while ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect systems, identify repair needs, and clearly communicate recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Complete accurate service documentation, coordinate schedules, and utilize technical manuals and troubleshooting resources to resolve issues.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment while participating in ongoing technical training to stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Universal EPA Certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, RTUs, air handlers, pumps, refrigeration systems, and HVAC controls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple service calls, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and safely access rooftop equipment.
• Capable of working in confined spaces and performing physical tasks including kneeling, crawling, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while safely operating tools and wearing required PPE.
