Residential HVAC Service Technician – $28-$40/hr + Spiffs, Bonuses & Overtime

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Houston. About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while also having the opportunity to gain experience with light commercial equipment. This position includes servicing systems up to 30 tons and is ideal for a technician who wants stability while continuing to expand their skills.

Compensation & Schedule

• $28-$40 per hour + spiffs and performance bonuses
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 40+ hours per week
• Overtime opportunities available
• Automatic overtime pay for work performed before 6 AM or after 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance and system performance evaluations
• Service select light commercial HVAC equipment up to 30 tons
• Provide professional, courteous communication with homeowners and team members
• Document service work accurately using company-provided technology
• Deliver dependable workmanship while maintaining company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
• Willingness to learn and grow into light commercial HVAC service
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Texas Technician Registration required
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• HVAC trade school education preferred
• Previous commercial HVAC experience is a plus
