Lincoln Tech is hiring licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors at our East Windsor campus. Use your hands-on experience to train the next generation, while enjoying a predictable schedule, long weekends, and long-term stability.

What You'll Do

Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab + classroom training

Share real-world experience with students entering the field

Mentor and support students toward certification and careers

Help shape skilled technicians entering the workforce

What You Need

S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining)

Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience

Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge

Strong communication skills
