At BarSplice Products as a Hydraulic Technician, you'll help build and maintain the specialized equipment that supports some of the largest construction projects across the world. From skyscrapers and stadiums to major infrastructure projects, the equipment you'll work on plays a critical role in reinforcing the structures people rely on every day.

After completing our comprehensive training program, you'll travel to customer job sites, helping install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment while building relationships with the customers who use it. If you enjoy hands-on work and solving mechanical problems, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do

- Build hydraulic equipment and assemblies

- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems

- Inspect, test, and prepare equipment for shipment

- Package and ship equipment to customer job sites

- Travel to customer locations to install, service, repair, and maintain equipment (after approximately one year of training)

- Work directly with customers to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently

- Document repairs, maintenance, and service activities

- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to continually improve equipment

What We're Looking For

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Basic electrical knowledge, including 220V and 440V systems

- Experience working with hydraulic equipment or industrial machinery is preferred

- Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics is a plus

- Comfortable using hand and power tools

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel

- Willingness to travel after completing approximately one year of in-house training
