Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end ERP / IFS implementation projects, with a focus on IFS10 and IFS CloudWork closely with business stakeholders and key users to understand requirements and design optimized workflows within IFSSupport Procurement and Inventory module implementation, customization, and enhancementsCollaborate with engineering and support teams to identify, track, troubleshoot, and resolve system issuesDevelop and maintain training materials, user manuals, and technical documentationProvide end-user training and post-implementation supportWork on IFS integrations with external systems, including Wadaco or Procurement systemsEnsure compliance with industry standards, system security, and data integrityTroubleshoot issues related to data discrepancies, configuration errors, and application performanceStay updated with IFS technology trends, best practices, and product enhancementsSupport international rollouts and work effectively in a global delivery environmentTechnical Skills RequiredMinimum 8 years of experience in ERP projects, with at least 6 years of experience in IFS10, extending to IFS CloudStrong hands-on experience in IFS10, with involvement in 3 to 5 end-to-end implementationsStrong background in Procurement, Inventory, and TechnologyHands-on experience with PL/SQL, including Procedures, Triggers, and PackagesExpertise in IFS development tools and development/customization of IFS application forms/screensExperience in IFS integration development, including:API FactoryBizAPIsMicroservicesREST APIsGood understanding of XML format for data exchangeExpertise in development and customization of Order Reports across different functional areas of IFSProficiency in developing:LobbiesQuick ReportsDatabase EventsScheduled TasksStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsExperience in handling Base ProfilesStrong working knowledge of IFS R&PExpertise in Data Migration, including:Creating FnD jobsWorking with external filesWriting data migration scriptsHands-on experience in implementing IFS Procurement and Inventory modules in IFS10 or higherExperience with Jira and ConfluenceNice to HaveExperience in Terminal OperationsExperience with IFS10 highest versionExperience working in Scrum / Agile environmentsConsulting background preferredSoft SkillsStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levelsStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetExperience working in a global environmentExperience in international ERP rolloutsGood business documentation and presentation skillsStrong end-user support and training capabilityPreferred Candidate ProfileStrong functional and technical understanding of IFS Procurement and InventoryAbility to bridge the gap between business users and technical teamsProven experience in customization, integration, support, and implementationComfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environmentKey SkillsEnterprise Resource Planning, IFS10, IFS Cloud, IFS Development, Procurement, Inventory Management, SQL, PL/SQL, REST API, Microservices, XML, IFS Integrations, API Factory, BizAPIs, Order Reports, Lobbies, Quick Reports, Database Events, Scheduled Tasks, Data Migration, FnD Jobs, Jira, Confluence
