The In-House Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain compliance with company standards. Reporting to senior sales leadership, this role provides hands‑on coaching, manages daily sales floor activities, and supports the execution of sales strategies designed to maximize revenue and team performance.

In‑House Sales Manager Full Time
Location: Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts
Responsibilities And Duties Sales Leadership & Performance
Lead and motivate a team of In‑House Sales Consultants to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Provide daily sales floor leadership, including TO support and coaching during presentations and closings
Monitor tour flow and ensure efficient guest transitions throughout the sales process
Track individual performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Support the achievement of monthly sales revenue and volume targets
Coaching, Training & Development
Train and onboard new Sales Consultants on company sales processes and expectations
Provide ongoing coaching to improve presentation skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
Conduct performance discussions and development planning with team members
Recognize top performers and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Assist with recruiting and interviewing sales candidates as needed
Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company sales procedures, compliance requirements, and brand standards
Complete required sales reports and communicate performance updates to senior leadership
Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness
Assist with the execution of sales contests, incentives, and team initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and sales effectiveness
Guest Experience & Culture
Deliver a positive and professional guest experience throughout the sales process
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Foster a results‑driven team environment built on integrity, professionalism, and company values
Lead by example in attendance, preparation, and customer service
Qualifications
5+ years of Timeshare Sales experience, including In‑House Sales
1–3+ years of Sales Management or Team Leadership experience
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities
Solid understanding of sales presentations, closing techniques, and customer engagement strategies
Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive team improvement
Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Professional demeanor with strong time‑management abilities
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
