The role involves payroll coordination, employee query handling, benefits administration, and maintaining payroll accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Benefits and NPS processes. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.Handle employee payroll and salary-related queries.
Conduct employee training on benefits and payroll processes.Maintain payroll records, compliance, and audit documentation. Support process improvements and system enhancements.Experienceor MBA (Finance) 2-5 years in HR/Finance operations or payroll management.Corporate payroll or compensation experience preferred.Skills RequiredKnowledge of payroll, CTC structure, benefits, and accounting.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.High accuracy and attention to detail.
