Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Industrial & CMF Designer to lead the design execution of our core consumer electronics lineup.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive products from concept to production while mentoring the Industrial Design team and ensuring every product reflects Armor’s design language.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor the Industrial & CMF Design team

•⁠ ⁠Own product execution from concept through production

•⁠ ⁠Allocate work, review designs, and ensure timely delivery

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with Product Operations and manufacturing partners

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and evolve Armor’s design language across the product portfolio

We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠3-5 years of Industrial Design experience (consumer electronics preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio showcasing Industrial Design & CMF

•⁠ ⁠Experience leading teams and managing product development

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes
