About the RoleAs our IR & Compliance Senior Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our employee relations framework while ensuring seamless compliance with OJK requirements and Indonesian labor laws. You'll work at the intersection of HR strategy and legal compliance, providing expert guidance that protects both our employees and the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve employee disputes while maintaining positive workplace relations and minimizing labor-related risks.Maintain accurate BOD & BOC personnel records and oversee all related administrative matters.Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR-related documents to OJK, maintaining full regulatory compliance.Review employment contracts, company policies, and labor agreements to ensure legal compliance and provide guidance on HR matters.Draft, update, and implement employee handbook and policies in accordance with Indonesian labor laws and company needs.Support training initiatives on employee relations and compliance topics to strengthen team awareness and employee engagement.Handle other HR compliance and administrative tasks as assigned. Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.5+ years in HR roles, preferably with exposure to financial services or OJK-regulated industries.Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulationsExperience handling employee disputes and labor relations mattersFamiliarity with BOD/BOC governance processesKnowledge of OJK reporting and compliance requirementsFluent in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken)Strong analytical and communication skills, high attention to detail, proactive problem-solver with a compliance-oriented mindset.
