Information Technology Operations Engineer

We are looking for a System Operation & Project Management Information Engineer (Information Technology Operations Engineer) to support our IT operations while driving system-related projects to improve efficiency and performance. Qualifications:Proficient in Chinese, able to communicate effectively with China headquarters; basic English communication skills.Bachelor’s degree or higher.Educational background in Computer Science or related low-voltage electrical engineering fields.Minimum 1 year of experience in system operation, maintenance, and project management related to MLS, MES, Attendance, PLS, or similar systems. Main responsibilities:Supported the planning and implementation of factory information systems, including three-year roadmaps for Quality Management System (QMS), Logistics Planning System (MLS), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Human Resources & Attendance systems to support business transformation.Gathered user requirements and feedback, translated them into solutions, and reported insights to management in a timely manner.Provided day-to-day IT support by responding to user-reported issues, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.Assisted the IT Manager with network and data center operations, as well as information security checks and controls
