$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location (city, state): Washington DC - 5 days onsite
Compensation: $45-55/hr
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Role Summary
Provide Level II/III IT support for the DC office, handling day-to-day troubleshooting such as Google Group access, app sign-in issues, and performance problems (e.g., Chrome running slow). Responsibilities include imaging and reimaging laptops using JAMF, managing 40 loaner devices, onboarding/offboarding users, and resolving break/fix issues across systems.
Key Requirements
- Strong Mac support experience
- Proficiency with JAMF for laptop imaging
- Expertise in Google Suite and Zoom
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion
