We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst. The role will be based in Mumbai, India. This position will be part of the IT Infrastructure Project Capability team, supporting global infrastructure initiatives while also providing local IT support for India operations.

What You Will Do
IT Infrastructure Project Support (Primary)
Support planning, execution, and delivery of global infrastructure projectsExecute assigned technical tasks within defined scope and timelinesSupport system testing, rollouts, and deployment activitiesCollaborate with project managers and global infrastructure teamsMaintain project documentation and provide regular status updatesIdentify risks, dependencies, and escalate issues proactivelyLocal IT Support (India Operations)
Provide hands-on IT support for office and production environments in Mumbai, Savli, and BarodaEnsure availability and performance of workplace technologies (servers, network, end-user devices, printers, shop-floor systems)Support incident resolution and coordinate with Service Desk teamsAssist in hardware setup, office moves, and system installationsConduct basic user training and promote self-service solutionsIdentify recurring issues and support process improvements for local IT supportWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience in IT infrastructure environments with involvement in project delivery, implementation, or rolloutsSolid understanding of servers, operating systems, and networking fundamentals, with the ability to apply this knowledge in project execution (deployments, migrations, upgrades)Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and the ability to work within structured project frameworks and methodologiesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, including the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation within project environmentsAbility to collaborate with global project teams, stakeholders, and project managers across time zonesComfortable working in a project delivery context with defined scope, milestones, and dependenciesWhat Will Put You Ahead
Experience supporting infrastructure project rollouts, testing, and go-live activitiesExposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSFamiliarity with project and delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ticketing systems, documentation tools)Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in parallelAbility to identify risks early and escalate with proper contextClear and proactive communication with stakeholders across global teamsStructured and disciplined approach to problem-solving and task executionWillingness to learn new technologies and grow into advanced technical responsibilitiesWork Environment
