Join a team in a senior technical leadership role focused on infrastructure and architecture. You’ll lead complex hybrid environments, guide technical teams, and act as a key reference for infrastructure strategy, reliability, and scalability, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
What You’ll Work On
- Designing and evolving hybrid infrastructures (on-prem + Azure and/or AWS).
- Acting as Technical Lead for infrastructure teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and architectural direction.
- Managing and improving virtualization, networking, security, storage, and backup environments.
- Collaborating with PMOs and project managers on planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives.
- Implementing automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
- Ensuring operational excellence through monitoring, backup strategies, and adherence to best practices.
- Producing and reviewing technical documentation and architecture decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure, with at least 3 years in technical leadership or architecture roles.
- Background as a SysAdmin / Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer, with progression to Tech Lead.
- Strong experience with hybrid architectures, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), networking, security, and storage.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux environments, backup and monitoring solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with automation and scripting.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and solution‑oriented approach.
- English level B2 or higher.
Bonus Points
- Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, or Veeam VMCE.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), or DevOps practices.
