Installer Team Lead

This is a position for someone who is a hands‑on leader. You’ll lead a capable team to deliver and install office furniture throughout Central Texas. We will train the right person who displays a positive and professional attitude, a solid work ethic and leadership performance.

• Reports to:Director of Operations
• FLSA Status:Non-Exempt
• Pay Rate:$22-$30 per hour, depending on related experience
• Total Compensation:$30 – $38 per hour including benefits.

Requirements

• Must have your own tools (basic tools)
• Valid Driver’s License for 3 years or more
• Ability to be insured by our insurance carrier
• Ability to pass drug screen & background verification
• Flexibility to various schedule shifts
• Ability to lift & move up to 50lbs repeatedly
• Education – HS Diploma or GED
• Must speak and write English. Some Spanish would be great but not required.
• Leadership and/or Supervisor experience of 1 year or more
