Duration: Temporary assignment (approx. 52 weeks)

Openings: 3Position OverviewWe are hiring an Instrument Assembler to perform a wide variety of production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. This role supports instrument assembly and requires strong workmanship, comfort working from diagrams/drawings, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve more complex assembly issues.ResponsibilitiesPerform production assembly operations on electronic/mechanical assemblies and subassembliesFollow established methods and sequences for:Wiring and component installationSoldering / cable harnessingFitting and assembly of unitsConduct quality inspections in accordance with quality specificationsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex assembly issuesExecute basic testing instructions and analyze results to determine pass/fail and next stepsProvide training/mentoring to associates on mechanical and testing activities as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment (housekeeping, organization, safety practices)Support continuous improvement / Lean manufacturing initiatives as neededWork overtime as required to meet business needsQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED required plus 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ORAA technical degree plus 1+ year of experienceExperience in a regulated environment requiredAbility to read/understand drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standardsComfortable using mechanical tools (e.g., torque drivers, gauges, bits)Basic computer skills (Windows environment)Strong English communication skills (read/write; basic math)Ability to stand for long periods and work in a repetitive environmentBenefitsBenefits available to full-time employees after 90 days401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service
