Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of existing coverage to ensure our clients have the protection they actually need.
Engage with local individuals and families to discuss their unique goals and life stages.
Maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients while nurturing the relationships we already have.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide transparency and peace of mind.
Collaborate with the rest of the office to refine our approach and improve the client experience.
Keep up to date with policy changes and industry trends to remain a reliable source of information for our customers.
Requirements
Valid Rhode Island Property & Casualty insurance license.
Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing role.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office software.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
A genuine desire to help community members protect their assets.
Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to our Pawtucket office.
