This role involves extensive claims investigation and adjustment. As a key member of our team, you will handle property and liability claims, ensuring fairness and equity in settlements.

Working under the Operations Manager, you'll confirm coverage, acquire documentation and repair estimates, and offer insights into settlements and payments. Your interactions will foster strong relationships with assureds, addressing their specific service needs.
