You'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, contributing to financial reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your new role Support the Finance Manager in delivering monthly management accounts and year-end financial statementsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple cost centresEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and reconciliationsProvide support during internal and external audit processesContribute to the development and enhancement of financial controls and proceduresAssist in driving improvements within finance systems, including implementation projectsDeliver financial training and guidance to internal stakeholders where requiredSupport statutory reporting and compliance requirementsCollaborate across the wider operational teams to support organisational objectives

What you'll need to succeed Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Proven experience producing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliationsStrong experience working with multi-cost centre accounting systemsAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present data effectivelyAbility to meet tight deadlines and manage a varied workload independently
